Refund policy
Because our items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error.
We do not offer refunds for:
Wrong size selected
Wrong color selected
Customer spelling errors
Incorrect personalization entered by the customer
Buyer’s remorse
Shipping delays outside of our control
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, the customer should contact us at hello@shopkinandculture.com within 7 days of delivery.
The customer should include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
Once reviewed, Kin & Culture will determine whether a replacement, correction, or refund is appropriate.
Personalized items are custom-made specifically for each customer, so customers must double-check all names, titles, spelling, color choices, and sizing before submitting the order.
