Shipping policy

All Kin & Culture items are custom-made with intention.

Standard shipping is typically 7–10 business days after your order has been processed. Personalized items may take a little longer, especially during holidays, high-volume seasons, or special promotions.

Once your order ships, customers will receive tracking information by email when available.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Kin & Culture is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a customer notices an address mistake, they should contact us immediately at hello@shopkinandculture.com.
